Tiny Steps Round 1: Something you are grateful for
Hi everyone! I hope you are well. Please complete the following tiny step! With each tiny steps, we hope to either practice a positive mindset, relax a little or work on personal development.
Tiny Step: Pause for a moment and think about something that brought you joy or comfort today. Tell us in the comments!
@Hope Hii, it's nothing big, but it sure did make me happy. Today at my workplace, my supervisor had lot of meetings lined up and something was messed up in the higher management. Cause of this, we were sent home after lunch and did not had to work at all. So I guess, I am grateful for that extra half day leave and no work!! 🤣
Today I'm grateful for my mobility, seeing my family come together, and enjoying the bit of ❄️ that just made it's way to my area. Writing my name on my vehicle brought me joy. I also wrote love you notes on the ❄️ and texted it to people I loved. Hehe.
theres snow at my house and its really beautiful and i'm grateful that it snowed and how beautiful nature is
Today I succeeded in something that I struggled with for years and years: mindful eating. While it's by no means perfect, I found a technique that works for me personally and gave me great comfort today. As a consequence, my eating was healthier today :) I'm grateful to myself for not giving up on myself, for experimenting and for being so strong today.
@Hope What brought me joy recently was having one of my college teachers for medical coding and billing take the time to show our class how to assign ICD-10-PCS codes. We had been working from a different book, which was quite stressful, but her willingness to guide us through the process made a significant difference. She even offered to help me find some of the specific codes this Friday, which has greatly alleviated my stress and boosted my confidence in mastering this aspect of the course.
@Hope
I am grateful for Boots. She is stray kitty who is now permanently in my backyard. I would like her to find a permanent home with a family, who will nurture and love her.
@PetiteSouris Awww, I'm so happy Boots found her way into your yard. She's sooo cute. ♡ I'm sure in the mean time you'll do a great job making sure she's fed and feels cared for. She deserves so much love! Your post about Boots was sooo sweet.
