7 Cups Academy Turns 5!

Hi everyone! I hope you are well. Did you know 7 Cups Academy has been around for 5 years now? What a rollercoaster it has been! 5 Years of launching, and refining programs and courses! With each year, our Alumni number grows and our reach expands. Today, we’re happy to share that the Academy Alumni Team now includes 1,850 program graduates and 1,089 course graduates. What an amazing milestone!

Highlights from Another Impactful Year

This year has been filled with growth, updates, and meaningful initiatives. Here are some of the key highlights from the past year or so:

Academy Outreach Project Agent Team completed over 1500+ 1-on-1 outreaches, to raise awareness about academy programs.
Three new Academy Mentor Leaders Joined Our Team (@PetiteSouris @Quietlistener2023 and @YellowRose27)
We updated our Internship Program
Introduced writing testimonials for academy programs as an honors and elective option
The Group Support Program was converted into the Group Dynamics Course.
Academy Polls were introduced as a series and 14 rounds have been completed so far.
The Time Management Course crossed 300 and the Community Building Course has crossed 700 grads! Such a high number.
We introduced the Academy Summit and Ripple Effect badges, Summit for completing all academy programs available at the time, and Ripple Effect for completing all academy courses available.

We introduced Tiny Steps, small steps towards growth and development

None of this would have been possible without the collective effort of our entire Academy community, leaders, graduates, and admins alike. Your hard work, dedication, and passion fuel the Academy's mission to foster growth and personal development. It’s truly a labor of love, and we are taken aback by what we’ve accomplished together.

Wow, huge congratulations @Hope on leading the Academy to the high place it is now, as shown by its great achievements over the past five years, particularly the last one.

Also congratulations and a big thank you to my colleagues in the Academy Team and all the amazing people who contributed to the creation, growth and improvement of the 7 Cups Academy during all these years. So many, so talented! Thank you all!

And thank you and congratulations to all the dedicated Listeners and Members who graduated from the Academy’s Programs and Courses. You gave meaning and value to all the Academy does and has done. 1,850 Program graduates and 1,089 Course graduates are a huge lot! What an impact!

An impact that has multiplicative effects on the lives these graduates touch. I love the Academy’s motto “A unique chance to care for others while earning valuable certifications.” How the Academy gives this opportunity to learn key skills for helping others, for leadership, advocacy and so much more, while putting these skills into practice, with immediate beneficial results.

The Academy, thanks to your leadership and hard work @Hope, to the generosity of 7 Cups and of all the people who have contributed during these years including the present Academy Team, offers for free valuable certifications of these skills so appreciated in academia (so much that prestigious universities send their students to the 7 Cups Academy) and in the XXI century workplace.

That’s something very generous the Academy offers to anyone who wants to improve and advance in their lives, no matter their income level. It expresses the generosity of 7 Cups as a support community, in an academic and self-improvement dimension.

Thanks to all these contributions, the Academy's direct impact is powerful in many ways, and the “Ripple Effect” has a very wide and far reach.

Five years of growth, achievements and improvement of something so amazingly good is certainly a reason for jubilant celebration.

Let’s celebrate, then! Woohooo!

And let’s envision the bright future ahead, full of contributions to many many people, and to strengthening this most wonderful 7 Cups Community with the power of skills and knowledge!
