"I love you" but let's try something different ❤
❤ People speak from their heart more often than we'd realise, listen closely; As they do things out of their heart more often we witness, observe deeply: You *are* loved. ❤
Hey hey lovelies, I hope y'all are doing well, and staying safe. ❤
I like when someone shows their surprise with a "you remember?" Or "you noticed?!" Or "This was ages ago, I don't remember telling you even but you do lol?" Or "how did you know?" And counting hehe.
I get the surprise element here, it's valid to feel a tad bit shocked when someone remembers a detail you shared with them or similar.
I, however, see it as a love language for me.
Yes it is, to remember and make someone feel remembered. To notice and to make someone be aware they are noticed. To see someone, and remind them how *seen* they are. To appreciate someone, and to encourage them to feel appreciated. To love someone and make them feel loved, in whatever little ways possible.
Little becomes A Lot,
with genuine intent and thought.
So many times we may not be able to say those three, as they say *magic* words lol, nope, not "Want some pizza?" (These are magic words for me though, no cap😛), but yes, now is the right guess, "I love you", is what I'm referring to.
There's different reasons we don't say it as often as we would like to or want to (in any kind of relationships, and with anyone at all), and all super valid, but I feel, many of us convey our love to them in different ways, using different words, and various gestures and that surely makes a difference too.
It is again the thought, and the little things that warm one's heart.
Some examples of letting people know we love them, care for them, value them, appreciate them and that in *our* world, they do make a big difference. ❤

Ooof I can honestly go on about more ways to express our love and care, on a regular basis, without even explicitly saying it out loud.
But ofcourse would like to hear from everyone now. ❤
🌻Expression Time🌻
☆ What are your thoughts about the same?
☆ How do you like to express your love and care to a loved one? [Family, Friend, Partner, Potential Partner lol, 7 cups peers, Yourself, anyone at all you love and care for]
☆ Feel free to share your favorite ways that make *you* feel loved and cared for.
❤ Anddddd while we discussing different ways of expression, if you *are* someone who tells their loved ones how loved they are on a regular basis, how very amazing are you. While the acts of kindness and selflessness matter, it is nice to hear the actual words too sometimes hehe, does give that sweet, warm, loving feeling, one that everyone deserves. ❤
Y'all know what else conveys the same? Tagging them in such posts. 😛

This is beautiful 🤗 yes, everyone has different way to express affection.
☆ How do you like to express your love and care to a loved one? [Family, Friend, Partner, Potential Partner lol, 7 cups peers, Yourself, anyone at all you love and care for]
With my family, we say I love yous and hugs anytime, and we make time for quality time.
Friends/colleagues/7 cups peers, make time to connect and let them know how wonderful I think they are 😊🤗🤍💙💜
☆ Feel free to share your favorite ways that make *you* feel loved and cared for.
Can you guess? Lol
Thanks for the tag & love you for your kind and warm heart, Sunnie! 🤗🤍
@ouiCherie
Aww it's so lovely to hear that saying I love you's, hugs and quality time is a common phenomenon at home. Quality time with loved ones is the best, I agree hehe. And yasss, connecting with friend and peers, catching up, reminding them of their awesomeness are wonderful ideas. (This reminds me that we need to catch up sometime lol)
Oooh guess! I'm bad at guessing Haha. I have a feeling that with your busy schedule and hectic hours, something that could make you feel cared for is some assistance with chores (like acts of service), words of affirmations, acknowledging your hard work and appreciating your super awesome self, spending time to simply talk and laugh, stream some show or movie together etc hehe. (I tried lol) How close am I? XD
Awww you sweet soul, melting my heart with so much sweetness always, it's illegal xD Love ya more, Cherie, for simply being *you*. I am always super proud of you, and grateful to know you. ❤
*squishy hugsss*
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou This post was so inspiring dear... After some relationship stress lately, I realized that the best way to express love is to show it. No labels or pink coulds... Though these can be nice too. The best thing to do is trust the other person and yourself that you are good enough. Thanks for the great post!
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou Awww sun how do you even manage to write something like this?? It's sooooo beautifully written😍😍
And Yesss it feels so good to recall old memories and talk about it, the happweness we feel by recalling our moments, words and memories is something indescribable 😄
Plus I'd be soooo excited and shocked if someone remembers the very small details about me, things I've said to them, things I've done.... It feels soooo sooo good really😄
( I love it how *YOU* remember the words happwe, hooman bean, sunflowers (which I use everywhere🌻), iced coffee and the colour purple 💜 It makes me feel soooo happweeee you know? It just makes me feel emotional everytime🥺)
And yessss! Little becomes alottttt with genuine intention, thoughts and feelings🌻💜
And yes it's really hard to say those three magic words *I Love you* maybe because people might think they can express this by their actions and caring words rather by using these exact three words😄🌻
And Sun you've given soooo many beautiful examples of showing *Love* in actions and words... And these actions and words might seem sooo small but they've got soooo much of love and care packed inside them😄🌻 and they will also make you feel extremely happy and bring a bigggggg ear to ear smile on your face for sure😄
And I express my love and care to others by sending them good videos, sending them beautiful quotes and some pictures too! I loveee writing letters to people I love and care about! (Yes writing letters is one thing I'm a bit good at🌻😄) I like to write longg paragraphs to those people and love to see their smiles xD
I also loveeee to send songs to people😄🌻 If I'm sending you songs then know that you're really special to me😄💙
Texting Ofcourse, I text most of my friends once a while just to ask them how they're doing, just to talk a bit about the time we have spent together.. It feels really good to recall the memories and the fun we had together🌻😄
Preparing coffee, complimenting them for everything they do, wear! Telling them that I'm always here for them no matter what, reading books to them, random phone calls, ordering foods, gifting books ( even if I know there's very lil chance for them to read it xD) These are some more things I do to express my love and care🌻💙😇
And everyone of you who's reading this right now, know that you're really loved and cared🌻 You are enough😄 It's ok to feel low sometimes, but know that you're not alone in here and you can do/be whatever you want/wish to do/be💙 You're already doing greatttt and you'll be fine tooo🌻 Cookies to y'all🍪🍪🍪🍪
Have a great day/evening everyone😄🌻

Aww how do *you* write so beautifully, Crissy? I think both of us share the same secret ingredients. 😛 Love? Genuine intent and thought? Yes yes, when we say something from our heart, and someone open and willing to receive that from us, it becomes beautiful automatically, I feel. ❤ Ofcourse, we can always try our best at it hehe.
(Aww I try hehe, feels good to be remembered, yesss, and happweee to make you feel happweee always, you deserve it and more🤗❤)

I'll try to keep this light but I enormously admire how you spread so much love, appreciation, support and smiles every single time you do something: it's immensely impressive! @Sunisshiningandsoareyou
Beautifully written ♥️
☆ What are your thoughts about the same?
Many people struggle with expressing emotions and conveying their messages. People who have learnt to be assertive and express their emotions in words are definitely very lucky like YOU ☺️❤️ To let someone know that *you matter* one have to have that skill to convey their messages.
I have struggled all my life expressing how I feel and especially with being assertive. My best reaction was always to let my sibling or my parents convey my messages. Now that I think about it, I think its very important for kids to learn to express themselves. They should learn how to put their thoughts, feelings into words.
Maybe you'd meet people in life who care a lot for you, love you and want to be by your side but fail to show that to you. Sometimes these people are even misunderstood just because they don't know how to say (Want some pizza? Or How are you doing? Or Why you look upset?)
That's why I want all those who know how to convey their message, to be more kind and help such people in their life to learn to be assertive. Afterall a friend is not just there to sit with you in your darkest days of life. A friend is also there to help you be the best version of yourself.
☆ How do you like to express your love and care to a loved one? [Family, Friend, Partner, Potential Partner lol, 7 cups peers, Yourself, anyone at all you love and care for]
That's a secret. I like doing everything for people I love without the spotlight.
☆ Feel free to share your favorite ways that make *you* feel loved and cared for.
*Shrugs* I don't expect anything from anyone. No one can fulfill all our expectations. :)
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou

@Sunisshiningandsoareyou 🥰❤️🤗
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou You absolute butterfly with wings that carry glitter that spark up the whole world. Who writes this beautifully :') Is this even allowed... to carry so much kindness and love and be able to put it into words.
Ahh I agree, it feels nice when people go out of their way to tell you about the small things they remember or pretty details about you that even you are not aware of. We live in a world that sometimes feel so isolating, mostly in our head and then there comes these kind souls who just make you realize that you are not invisible or so easy to fade away in the background and it just is so sweet.
You know what Sun *-*, you do the same for me and for so many other people here and I can't say it enough how much your sunshine is appreciated. It warms my heart whenever a tag from you appears cause it's always so delightful, it would take nothing for you to just not remember and be on your sweet way but you do remember and you take the time out to let me and so many others here know that you still keep us somewhere in your thoughts no matter if we speak on a regular basis or not. I love that about you <3_<3
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou A wonderful post from such a wonderful person! 😊 ❤️
It's the little things that count. It might not seem like much to some but those little things can have a major effect. I remember reading some where about how helping one person might not change the whole world but for one person it could change their whole world. I strongly believe that. To offer to sit with someone. To let someone know they've been in my thoughts - that I've been thinking of them. To send good vibes. To offer words of comfort. While to many it might not seem like much. Those things can mean alot to people who might not have many people in their life. Just to know that no matter the distance there is someone in the world that cares. To be seen and heard. Those things I feel are important. I know they mean alot to me ❤️
@mytwistedsoul
Aw hehe thankyou, Soul, *you* are wonderful. ❤
I lovedddd reading this, it is indeed these little things, little acts of kindness that make all the difference, and it is indeed a lot, to make someone feel less alone and more heard and acknowledged, it is all that matters really. Sooo beautifully expressed, thankyou for sharing. ❤ I know all of these things mean a lot to me, because I see you doing just the same and more for everyone else, I hope you know that means a lot too, and makes a massive difference as well. Keep being *you* always. 🤗
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou Gosh - you leave me speechless alot 😊 ❤️ I appreciate you so much Sun. You really do bring so much light into the lives of everyone you talk to here - mine included ❤️
I've been wondering about saying 'sorry' lately, and about whether or not there's something more one could say.
Maybe it's because growing up, being forced to say one is sorry when they weren't may leave a bad taste in one's mouth.
If someone hasn't done the work, it could be perceived as a get-out-of-jail free card without any immediate consequences, then much greater ones long term.
Or perhaps it's because listening to many success stories, I came across one about how saying sorry can put the attention on the negative, whereas a thank you is positive. Example: "Sorry for eating your cereal." vs. "Thanks for your patience with me while I learn healthy boundaries and respect, and for understanding my limitations and respecting and loving me anyway.").
Many agree that communication is key to a successful, long term relationship...The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz just being one of the many excellent tomes that emphasizes how important being clear can be, stating that if one is able to be impeccable with their word, the other three agreements are not necessary.
I think for those with anxiety or avoidant attachment styles this will be challenging. Creating that intimacy with someone may mean going outside the patterns one has created to keep the self safe, and face down their fears and doubts which might feel like opening Pandora's box.
Whatever the case may be, whether a sorry works or something more verbose, self awareness seems to be key - not some pompous, 'look how woke I am' attitude, but rather an action of being or working towards trustworthy, engaging authenticity every day, and I think engaging in that the way a child builds a sand castle - creatively and boldly without pretensions about how fabulous it's going to be, allows a person to step outside the limits places upon them that say creativity is useless and impossible and for others and releases control to something more surprising and rewarding.
I tried that a bit this morning while making the bed and was intrigued at how freeing and pleasant the sensation was - perhaps it's the catalyst to what people like Eckhart Tolle, Louise Hay and Micheal Singer are talking about when they speak of being untethered, in the now and letting go.
