The worst battle I ever fought was between what I knew and what I felt
Hey hey @mamtasha22 and @lemonicecreamcake, thankyou for putting these wonderful ice breakers together for the kindness event! ❤
>What does Kindness mean to you?
Quite astonishing I had to really think hard to describe it lol, I'd say kind acts would include selfless deeds with good intention, that have the power to make someone feel good.
>How does being kind to others make you feel?
Being kind to others is ofcourse a great, satisfying, and comforting feeling, for me.
>How can we show kindness to people surrounding us?
I don't think we need to do something extravagant too in order to be kind, kind hearted people have their own radiant charm and it is almost impossible to miss out on them! Some ways to practice kindness, greeting people, making them feel part of something, being patient, acknowledging and appreciating them, doing something/ helping with something/ being there with and for people.....I can go on lol, so many ways to be kind always!
>Do you believe kindness can change the world?
Yassss, certainly can! Kindness is the new cool and hey hey, this one's here to stay forever!
Ahhh so many kind people in cups lol, if I start tagging it'll be a mass tag :P soooooo, Tagging everyone coming across this, to help us break some ice! Keep spreading kindness around, people! ❤
@mamtasha22
Kindness to me means caring for others and tying to help them in anyway you can.
Being kind to others makes me happy because I can feel like I’m doing something that actually has an impact which is like amazing and crazy all at the same time.
I think just not being mean or holding your tongue when you don’t understand someone’s situation and want to make a comment like ‘it’s not that bad’ or ‘other’s have it worse’ or anything like that.
I don’t know how to put it into words but I do think kindness will change the world.
There are so many people I could tag, since everyone on here is so kind, so I really wish I could pick someone, but I’m the worst at picking just one..
@mamtasha22 Kindness to me mean giving to others without any expectations of it being returned
Tbh - it makes me feel good. Being kind to others helps to remind me to be kind to myself
By listening with an open mind. Reminding them that they're in someone's heart and mind no matter the distance apart you might be
Can it change the world? Definitely! If we can put ourselves in someone else's shoes we can be more understanding to other people's situations and less likely to judge
Lol! I would have to tag so many people here!
@mamtasha22
>What does Kindness mean to you?
For me, kindness is a selfless act done for the betterment of someone else without any expectations.
>How does being kind to others make you feel?
It makes me feel good about myself.
>How can we show kindness to people surrounding us?
By simple acts like paying attention to them while they are talking about something they like or just providing a listening ear to them venting.
>Do you believe kindness can change the world?
It might, yes. The world would be a happier place.
>Who is that one kindest person you know that you want to give them praise?
@Daf8
She is one of the kindest people I have ever met.
@mamtasha22
>What does Kindness mean to you? It means being kind because it is the right thing to do - without ulterior motives.
>How does being kind to others make you feel? It makes me feel good.
>How can we show kindness to people surrounding us? We can be inclusive, and happy when others are celebrated.
>Do you believe kindness can change the world? Yes, it can change the world in ripples, and it supersedes language.
>Who is that one kindest person you know that you want to give them praise? Feel free to @ them to join this activity with us! I would say my dad. :D
