Hi all, I'm spectacularSunrise7824 and I have been a listener here since April 12th 20.

2. Why did you become a leader in the Group Support Chatrooms?

Actually it was a chatroom mentor who reached out to me after I had joined a discussion who asked if I would be interested in joining their sub-com team. Since I live a busy life outside of 7 Cups and I work with leading discussions all day in my real life I thought room supporter would be a nice way to contribute without the feeling of "working" and not feeling it's all depending on me.

I became a group support leader because I love hosting discussions and supporting members.

Listening is such a simple act. It requires us to be present, and that takes practice, but we dont have to do anything else. We dont have to advise, or coach, or sound wise. We just have to be willing to sit there and listen.

2. Why did you become a leader in the Group Support Chatrooms? I love the chatrooms! I believe they should safe and as supportive as possible. It is a great way to help and get involved in the community.

Hi everyone My username is SummerBreeze00 and I've been here since August 2018.

2. Why did you become a leader in the Group Support Chatrooms?

I started as a room supporter then conduct discussions in General Support room. Later, my application as Group Moderator was successful. My mentor and group admin motivated me to lead the subcommunity albeit my prior self-doubt. However, I am looking forward to working with my team in making General Support inclusive and supportive for all.

I am ambidextrous.

2. Why did you become a leader in the Group Support Chatrooms? Ive became a leader in the group support chatrooms because, ever desrves to be heard, and i really think this is another good way to communicate with others

I had been more into 1to 1 chat and thought now it time to learn and contribute more toward this community.
