I hope you are doing well. I want to express our gratitude to you for all the great support, patience and cooperation provided to us in 2019! We achieved some great milestones together as well as experienced some challenges. I appreciate you for sticking with us in all the thicks and thins.

Congratulations on doing the great teamwork in the community! I hope we keep progressing and growing together in 2020 as well and overcome any challenges to have better mental health, better support and a better community for us!

I know for some of us holidays are not the best time of the year. So I want to remind you that we are right here with you. Please connect to each other through group support rooms, forums or 1-1s with our wonderful listeners and members to get support and feel better! We will get through all the rough phases together!
