What can I do within The Playground Team? Within the team there are many ways in which you can be very useful by providing essential work for both the team and the community. Below is a brief description of each of the roles you could apply for: * Playground Team Host: The role of the Playground Team Host is to provide The Playground Room with a fun and supportive environment through games and other creative activities that adhere to the 7 Cups Community Guidelines and the Playground Chat Room Rules. (vacancies available) * Playground Team Quality Project Agent: The role of the Playground Team Quality Project Agent is to provide the opportunity to give feedback on a certain session to the participants who attended. (vacancies available) * Playground Team Forum Project Agent: The role of the Playground Team Forum Project Agent is to thank you for attending and participating in a team session. (no vacancies available) * Playground Team Recruitment Project Agent: The role of the Playground Team Recruitment Project Agent is to recruit future members to join the team as Hosts. We celebrate Random Acts of Kindness Week with fun-filled events and challenges to uplift and connect us all. Here's what we have planned for us: * The Positivity Corner group chat will remain open 24/7 to pop in for some positive vibes and connect with others. * We will be posting a "Good News" Wall to share the joy through posting some uplifting stories, inspiring quotes, and anything that brightens your day. We look forward to reading yours. * We will start a Random Compliment Chain thread to spread love by acknowledging the amazing qualities of others in the community. * We will be hosting 🗣️ Kindness Circle: Share Your Stories sessions throughout the week. Do join our Kindness Circle to take turn and share your stories of kindness, support, and positive experiences. Let's inspire each other with the power of compassion. * We will be announcing the ✨ Spread the Spark: 7 Days of Kindness ✨ * Mon (Feb 10): Uplift Someone's Day: Do 1-3 acts that brighten someone's day. * Tue (Feb 11): Connect and Appreciate: List 1-5 expressing gratitude and appreciation. * Wed (Feb 12): Share Your Skills: List 1-3 talents and how you can use it to help others. * Thu (Feb 13): Support a Cause: List 1-3 cause you may want to support and what you may need to support it * Fri (Feb 14): Kindness to Yourself: List 1-5 things that you do for self-care and self-compassion. * Sat (Feb 15): Community Kindness: List 1-5 things that you think you can do to support the community. * Sun (Feb 16): Reflect and Inspire: Focus on sharing your experiences and inspiring others All are invited and encouraged to take the challenge and make a difference. Each day of the week brings a new way to spread kindness. This is what we have planned for the challenge Let's make the Random Act of Kindness week unforgettable by spreading kindness and creating a ripple effect of positivity. Announcing: Sharing Circle Hero Host Initiative 2.0

...See more Hello, community, We are excited to announce some updates to the Sharing Circle Hero Host initiative [https://www.7cups.com/forum/groupmod/General_2446/IntroducingHeroHosts_324125/] designed to encourage broader participation, recognize hosts’ contributions and efforts, and create a meaningful and inclusive experience. As we are about to complete a year of the initiative on Feb 25, we are rolling out some exciting changes and updates to improve the initiative. Our goal is to create a system that celebrates consistent contributions and opens doors for new hosts to step up and share their work. Here are a few new changes in store: 1. Dynamic leaderboard & tiered recognition system: We are rolling out a tiered leaderboard that tracks nomination frequency. It will allow us to celebrate consistent contributions without implying exclusivity. It will be a visual system using asterisks (*) or "X" to indicate multiple nominations (e.g., 6X Hero Host, 5X Hero Host). This way, everyone can see and appreciate the dedication of our most active hosts in a month, quarter, or even year. 2. "Hosting Belts" Certificate initiative We are also thrilled to introduce our "Hosting Belts" Certificate initiative that will complement the tiered recognition system. It will provide a tangible way to celebrate achievements: * Yellow Belt Certificate: 5X Nominations * Green Belt Certificate: 10X Nominations * Blue Belt Certificate: 15X Nominations * Brown Belt Certificate: 20X Nominations * Black Belt Certificate: 25X+ Nominations The count of nominations will be cumulative and not restricted to a week, month, or quarter. The goal is to recognize and appreciate the consistent support and hosting from our regular hosts. 3. Introduction of "Hero Supporters" recognition initiative: Hosting isn't the only way to contribute to Sharing circles. We are also introducing a "Hero Supporter" category to recognize and appreciate those who actively engage in sharing circles by providing encouragement, thoughtful comments, and creating a supportive atmosphere. We will implement a similar nomination process for "Hero Supporters" to celebrate their valuable contributions to Sharing Circle sessions. We believe these changes will create a more inclusive and dynamic environment for everyone. We are excited to witness the amazing contributions of both our seasoned hosts and our rising stars.
