Most of us may realize that finding balance is the key. You've done a great job during this self-care challenge reflecting on your needs as well as obstacles and how you can possibly overcome them. Now comes the time to think about action and long-term choices: How will you upgrade your self-care practices to continue to meet your current needs as well as future ones?

How will you upgrade your self-care practices to continue to meet your current needs as well as future ones?


I will upgrade my self-care practices by bathing every night and journaling here at 7 Cups for accountability.

I think by checking in with myself regularly I can update as needed! To do this, I can make a habit of journaling :)

I will make a right schedule and will keep following that.So that I'll be able to continue my self-care.And I'll try my best to maintain and follow the schedule so that my current needs can be fulfilled as well as future needs.

Do all the things I need to do for my health and for good nutrition. Work on getting more active - Work up to 10k steps a day. Work on contingency plans if I end up living alone some day in the future.

Continue to reach out for mental health support when I need it.

How will you upgrade your self-care practices to continue to meet your current needs as well as future ones?


I will start trying to be more social with people going to a bar for a cafe or a spritz (do you know what it REALLY is?) With friends. Or go for walks alone in my city that is full of green.
