There are often many things we can do to keep our energy levels more balanced.  Here are some examples: 1. Eating whole foods most of the time 2. Getting enough vitamin D preferably by healthy exposure to sunlight (walks, spending time in the garden etc.) 3. Keeping your vitamin B12 levels at a healthy level 4. Review your medications regularly with your primary care doctor

New here - hoping not to start the year alone

...See more I just turned 62.  I have no family or friends and am so alone.  I cared for my parents until they died and I am terrified that there will be no one there for me.  I have no one.  😞 I am so tired of being lonely. with nothing to look forward to.
