Hi, Branch,

Happy Fathers Day to all the dads on 7cups. And Happy Fathers Day to my dad, who is passed away, but I know he is still with me.

My dad was stationed in Hawaii in WWII.

@adventurousBranch3786 thanks for this thread. It means a lot to be a father even as my parents have passed away. Now the next getneration becomes the focus. Passing the torch to them.

My son has been playing spring travel soccer since he was 5. He is now 15. The club has a tournament every year on fathers day weekend, without fail. That is how I've spent the last 10 fathers days and how I'll spend the next 4 until he goes to college or ages out of the program.....
