I’ve been enjoying some Velvet Avocado Shake with a hint of ginger lately. It's creamy, refreshing, and the ginger adds the perfect touch of spice. 💛

after some time not painting we the other day painted. felt good to do it again too. we learned we can not draw so we use coloring book pages and put it on what we using to paint on. then paint that it is good for us due to we pick the colors. now for us what colors we use depends on our overall mood. so it away to get emotions out even ones we not know the names for. this good after many years of being emotionally numb too.

Usually November starts with cold breeze. I like to eat some hot french fries, hot chocolate and coffee. 😃💛🍟☕️

Enjoy eating: Chocolate chip or blueberry muffins or actual blueberries along with raspberries, green grapes, banana, pear, any apple, cashew nuts as post meal snacks. Fruit shakes or fruit smoothies or purified water with or without electrolytes that contain no sugar. 

An activity I enjoy: Singing and dancing to music when I’m by myself as well as emulating others 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 My latest emulation has been the original version of The Undertaker character (late 1990-early 94)
