- Do you want to improve yourself?......Of course I want to improve myself, It is one of the reasons I keep reaching out. It still seems I am missing the boat.
- Do you want to learn something new? Striving hard to learn new ways to transition my thoughts and actions.
- What do you really care about? What I really care about is resolving all the internal conflict, all the sleepless nights, night terrors, the fear of not being safe, the lack of trust and the feeling of not being comfortable in my own skin, Knowing the difference in what is a good thought or an unproductive thought. The issue is learning to trust myself or believe in my ability to judge things rightly.

Being patient with ourselves is one of the hardest things to learn in my opinion. It can feel like "missing the boat". Something I find helpful in such situations is to remind myself of how long things went wrong and that it will need time to heal. We are here for you to help 💙

Things like taking care myself, respecting and accepting myself as I am, being happy/peaceful/healthy, making all of society happy/peaceful/healthy, things such as all of this :)

care about staying on our healing journey. doing the hard healing work and learning from it and applying' it to our life. this been on going journey for like 5yrs it not easy at all. some days you just want to give up. but something within will not allow that to happen.
our emotional support cat ( paw paws) she here for us, we care a lot about her. she even has saved our physical life 4 times by waking us up. first two times was due to low blood sugar and other two were due to reactions to medications. she puts her paw under my bi-pap and into my mouth lol who could sleep with cat paw in mouth. lol we love her so much too, she 9yr right now we had her since she was 10 months old. she my family now

Paw Paws deserves a medal! I am so glad that you have her with you! It's amazing how animals can support us, even save our lives. The path of healing is not always smooth, I agree, but staying on it is rewarding.
What is one of the most helpful thing you learned so far?

think most helpful thing we learned it it ok to tell the things that we was told we was never to say. bring thing out in open that were kelp as secrets is very important in ones healing journey. a friend told us that it like a deep wound that you only put a Band-Aid on and never really treated the wound. so under the cover you put on it. the wound is infected and only way to heal the wound is to take off the band-aid and allow the doctor to remove the infection. but at first it hurt be more painful. but as it being treated the pain will over time begin to get less as the wound heals. he told me emotional pain the unseen wound many of us have. we need to uncover it and allow it to be heard treated so it can heal. this when we heard it was amazing to us and we found it to be very true too. so we say that the biggest thing we learned. things done in secret (darkness) need to be brought out in open( into the light).
paw paws is my family now we take care of each other. she really is a amazing cat. we saved her from abuse in shelter and she payed us back over and over. helping her heal and learn has helped us a lot too.
