Finding motivation to move more on a daily basis.
Okay, I give. I need help with motivation to get my body up and moving through out the day. I've got this project going that I'm passionate about that keeps me sedentary. Probably too much.
If you have personal goals or things you've done that have helped you, please share them.
And, what are your favorite affirmations for motivation to move and exercise?

The world has so much untold and even more unseen beauty in what it has created. For me, colder days get me more outside. On days where it is hotter, I always try to find a way to go outside at times that would allow me to see something I have taken for granted in my early life. I like to go out and take a walk / drive during sunrise or sunset for example. On the colder days, I go out to the outdoor mall / outlet stores as it gets me moving and be immersed among people, even though I am not very social.
@EmbStitcher33. I motivate myself to move around by reminding myself that there may be more doctors visits and medications with side effects if I don’t. I am not able to go for a long walk so I break it up throughout the day. For example when I watch tv I get up and walk around the house during the commercials. Good luck to you.
Hello - I’m 71 years old young. I’ve recently added exercising in a pool. Too hot to walk so I feel I am doing some good. However; honestly I have to talk myself into it!
Leaving the comfort of my home isn’t always attractive. I found making a daily list of things I need to do and checking them after fulfilling my chore, This practice makes me feel accomplished. It definitely makes me feel better about myself!

especially as we get older how many do-overs or if i only started sooner do we get. regardless of what your movement goal is ...weight loss/ flexibility/ or even helping balance putting off is only making it harder not easier
