Hi! I'm glad that you're taking the step to seek support! I know reaching out for help can be one of the hardest decisions, and I applaud you for making the decision. I'm a psychology major. I've struggled with anxiety my entire life. I struggled with depression for over five years. I was bullied for about seven or eight years. I'm also part of the LGBTQ+ community. I've been in therapy for the past year and am doing amazing because of it. I'm here for you if you want some support.

Kati Morton is a therapist who is also a youtuber. She makes videos about mental health. I know that finances are often a consideration when starting or even continuing therapy. She has a video that covers how to get financial help for therapy.
