Getting to Therapy Struggles.

...See more So I feel that therapy will be benefitial for two issues, my Gender Identity, and somewhat feelings of sadness and "need some alone time". However, even as my parents saw my self harm, and school suggested it 3 times. All was rejected. Their reasons are that -I dont need it -I can manage it myself - I can talk it out with my parents /them - I am not trans to them -More work, more stress for everyone -costly What can I do to try and get some Therapy help? I am not really comfortable talking to the school about it.
