Regarding my listening style: 

I strive to provide a safe, non judgemental space in my 1-1 chats. I prefer the members to direct the flow of the conversation so that it is one that addresses your concerns, but if you're stuck, I will try to prompt with open ended questions. That being said, you can share as much as you're comfortable sharing, I won't push you for information that you're not comfortable sharing. 

When I listen, I try not to interrupt when you're typing. While this may come across as silence, please be reassured that as long as I accepted your request, I will listen to whatever you have to say.

I will always indicate how long I am available to listen to you. If it's not enough time for you, I'm always open to scheduling a longer chat another day!

I'm always happy to accept long term members - I actively try to reconnect with members I've been with for awhile to know how you're doing and if you need someone to listen :) If you'd like someone to be with you for your healing journey, I'd be happy to walk beside you and cheer you on.

I'm open to taking requests of most any kind, but here are some topics that I'm better at receiving, and others that I'm not as good with handling for your reference.
