Very helpful, and very caring
Sophie listened to me carefully, and all her replies were quick yet carefully written and insightful. I felt completely comfortable talking with her, she was very patient and nonjudgmental, and helped to find the positive in my issues, while trying to find ways to direct my energy elsewhere and finding outlets.
