Hey!!! I’m Mia. (Pronounced Maya). I’m 15 and I’ve struggled with anxiety and selective mutism and self harm for as long as I can remember. Just recently I’ve gotten help, and I realized that the best way for me to handle my struggles is to help others. I’ve never been much of a talker, I prefer listening, and helping.
