...See more Many people , myself included use music as a therapy for many reasons : depression, anxiety, panic attacks, loneliness, break-ups etc. music can be very therapeutic, music can relax you , music can help you understand emotions , music is something people can relate to. music is obviously a very important part of my life . music has helped me make it through some very hard times . I do not play music , I listen to music . I strictly only sing in the shower :P what about you ? is there any songs that help you through a hard time ?
