Hello there! I'm glad you found this wonderful website which is aptly named 7cupsoftea, since it is filled with warmth and love and support. I want you to know that I am all ears if you want to talk! We're all human, and we all are going through this life with burdens, but an open heart and a kind voice can make a huge difference. I myself throughout my life have gone through the dark that is depression, and have felt the pings of anxiety along with the intensity of panic attacks. I have also seen lights at the end of dark tunnels, and I have felt love fill cracks I never thought could be filled. I am here to let you know there is a light, because I have seen it, I have felt it. I know it's hard friends, but you don't have to be alone in this. I have a compassionate heart that has always been willing to listen, understand, and support another human being when they truly need it. No judgments here, just encouragement and love.
