I'm here to listen! Theres nothing more rewarding then lending an ear & helpful tip to someone who needs it. I have years of personal experience with anxiety & depression & have found success with therapy. I am not a professional therapist but I have found my best friends can lend the best advice during tough times just from them hearing my problem.
