Hello! I'm glad you found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I have over come a lot and am here to help or just chit chat about anything! I have anxiety, depression, over protective parents, and a very supportive boyfriend. I have always struggled to find trustworthy and supportive friends. Was easy to talk to and comforting. Assured me that I could always come back to speak to them whenever I needed to.
They were wonderful to talk to. I didn't feel like I was being lectured or judged at all, like I sometimes do on chats like these. It was like talking to a friend. I felt much better after our conversation.
Made me see my situation from a different perspective. I realized my feelings of not being able to change anything about the situation made it worse than just learning to accept that it is what it is and life goes on. Thank you.
