Hi there! I'm glad to be a listener on 7 Cups of Tea. I actually founded a group when I was in high school called KOKA (Keep Our Kids Alive). It is a suicide awareness and prevention group as well as a support group for those with depression, anxiety, and other emotional disorders. I have been a victim of bullying and my own low self-esteem. I, too, suffer from depression. I'm happy to help where I can!
