Hello! I am currently a member of 7 Cups and I do have bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression. I have had these since I was very young. My profession is a nurse and I graduated with my Master's in nursing with a specialization in education. Currently I am a third year PhD student completing my final Competency Exam, and my final dissertation research study. My field of research includes social sciences in relationship to individuals suffering from compassion fatigue in professional caregivers. I focus on individuals personality types, ability to be resilient, self-compassion, self-healing, mindfulness, and empathy.
