Incredibly helpful and provides excellent perspective to help you think through your problems. I was determined that a break up was the right way to go, and he reminded me of why our relationship ever started. That doesn't mean I'm changing my mind, but I felt much better after, having talked through the options and thought about things. I would talk to this person again any day.
