...See more Hey there! I’m Aly. It’s been about a week since I’ve joined 7 Cups as a listener. Signing up, I didn’t have much thoughts about it. I enjoyed listening to my friends talk about their interests and even their problems! So I’d say that I was a fairly good listener. After a few days spent chatting with some members, I never realized how fulfilling and rewarding it is to just listen. One user I talked with told me that they were so happy at the end of our conversation. I instantly beamed when I read it. It was so, so, so fulfilling. We often take listening for granted, when in reality it’s such a powerful tool! How will we be able to find support and meaning in our lives if we couldn’t listen to each other, right?
