They really understood how I felt and afterwards I was WAY more calmed down and you don't find many people as helpful as they were on this website.
ZRUTokimeki was very helpful in trying to understand what I am going through. They validated that my anxiety is not stupid (like others in my life have said) and they even gave me ti0s for handling anxiety! I am very happy with the service I received!
She really cares and that comes through in everything she says and does. Not only that, but she'll check up on you a few days later and keep pushing you towards your goals and encourage you to make goals in the first place.
