I have always been interested in psychology and human behaviour, but only a fee years ago I actually was able to start my journey of becoming really aware of myself. I went from not even knowing that I had emotions to crying a lot and recognising my fears and needs. I am participating in several lng term courses based on empathy and fostering consciousness of one self and others through exercises and communication skills. I am also on my way of becoming a certified Life Coach and yes that's my passion and I am growing every day and also yes it's hard but it's the only way I would ever want to go.
