I'm new to 7 cups, but prior to joining here I've been able to help many friends and acquaintances with depression, anxiety, addictions, and relationship issues. Life throws each of us a lot of curve balls, and it wasn't made to be navigated alone. Loving and doing my best to help people is what makes me happy. Veronica is an absolute gem! Veronica is just like talking to a friend. She builds rapport, understanding, and trust. I definitely knew that she heard what I was "saying" giving me the ability to open up and feel free to continue talking.
Veronica was encouraging, supportive, engaging, insightful, and answered my questions. I gained a deeper understanding of an issue that I was able to discuss. Much to my delight, I found full resolution. I cannot wait to continue down the path that I know I am now going to take.
