...See more I am a fairly new listener here.  I was given a warning because I spoke about myself instead of listening.  I have learned from that.  I am very proud of the fact that I am establishing rapport with members.  I was concerned that I was not getting verbal comments.  I have let that go.  I was concerned that my cheers were not high enough.  Was I doing something wrong?  NO I was not letting The Real Me come forward.  Now I have backed off from being self conscious and put those points of concern completely out of my mind.  I am extremely proud of myself that I was able to let go of that warning along with everything else that was bothering me in my performance.  I have 10 people that come back to me to chat as I listen.  Although it is not getting reflected in repeat listeners on my chart, that is not my fault.  I am being myself.  I got and get repeat business DAILY.  Summary: I got wayyyyyyyyyy past a mistake I made.  Good work to myself and to all members involved in that process.  It could not have been done without the members giving me a chance to learn about my inner value to others.  I am very thankful for that.
