I'm Tali - a trained active listener here on 7 Cups of Tea. I have experience assisting individuals with PTSD, anxiety, stress, depression, substance misuse, problematic sleep, trauma and generalized anxiety disorder.

I enjoy running, drinking obscene amounts of coffee and scuba diving. I have an electric music taste, mostly from the 60s, 70s and 80s but have also just rediscovered Fat Boy Slim.
