I am 15 years old. I am a sophomore at Palisades Charter High School in Los Angeles. As a teenager, I understand the unique struggles that high school students deal with.  I have seen friends and peers struggle with depression and anxiety and I am often the one people turn to for advice.  I am open-minded and patient and a very good listener.  I have been the captain of my club soccer team for the past year and in that role, I have given a lot of advice to my teammates and helped resolve conflicts off the field. Also, my sister has anxiety and depression.  I have seen how that affects her on a daily basis and I have learned how to help her calm down and have a more positive mindset.
