I am by no means a professional just somebody who wants to lend a listening ear, I can be known to have a silly personality and quick sense of humor of people are into that and am very good with those who feel anxious around others. I am able to bring people out of their shell to talk about the important stuff as I have no mental understanding of uncomfortable feelings most would feel in what has become known as "awkward" situations, I'm very chilled and relaxed type person and will talk about most of anything to help someone out in difficult times
