If I do not take your personal request straight away it is usually because I am very busy, I do try to take them all but I like to keep my personal chats to a minimum of 2 people to make sure they get my required attention. i am okay with taking chats about depression, anxiety, work/school stress, lgbtq+, sadness, loneliness, self harm, stress (includes family stress), any general mental health, bullying, exercise motivation and eating disorders 

i do not  feel comfortable taking chats about men's and women health, sexual health (or anything sexual for that matter), chronic pain, financial stress or Spirituality. This is not for any other reasons other than I have not got enough knowledge to provide the support you might need from me and certain subjects are triggering for me I hope you understand :)

What my availability dot on my icon means:

Green- I am available and will reply shortly (response time:(2-5minutes)

Amber- I am currently busy with another member but will get back to you soon :) (response time:30 minutes-1 hr)

Red- I am offline and unavailable at the minute but I will get back to you when I am free (response time:24-48hrs)

I am open to mostly all chats and I am open to casual chats if you just want some company but could I please ask that you stick to the community guidelines :)
