Hello, nice to meet you!
So, this box said that I should tell you something about myself. Well, in the course of my life I had to cope with a lot of bad things, like we all have to do: unemployment, bullying, family trouble, traumatic experiences... you name it and most likely I have some kind of experience with it, if not by myself then through friends or family or my work as a paramedic. Life can be hard and I know how important it is to get everything off of one's chest every once in a while. So, if you want to talk, just send me a message, I really love to listen to you :)
Besides spending a lot of time online, I enjoy reading and music. Both are important parts of my life: I read basically everything I can lay my hands on and I play piano and guitar.
I used to constantly worry about everything, especially things out of my control. It took me a long time to realize that worrying drained me off energy which I needed for other things, it paralized me and I was afraid of every decision because it might turn out wrong later. I learned to stop worrying, to let go of the past and to embrace the future. Shit happens, we can't always avoid it or change it, it just happens and we have to deal with it. And it happens if we worry or not, it makes no difference for the outcome but it makes us feel bad, because it is literally betting against ourselves. It doesn't help us grow or become a better person, but it stops us from reaching our full potential. That's why I try to avoid it.
Things that works for me, may not be helpful to you at all, so I can't give you advice or tell you what to do. You know what is best for you and what you need and I promise, I won't judge because I am sure you have good reasons to do whatever you do. I am here to listen and I will gladly do so if you want me to.
As a side note: English is not my first language, so I apologize for any mistakes I am bound to make!
