My name is Cayla. I am the owner of Mystic Motivations Coaching.
I am a certified life coach and a mother of 3. I was raised in a very strict Christian home, but I left organized religion years ago. I am an AuDHD OCD PDA'er for all you other neurospicy folx out there. I have overcome being a teenaged parent and a drug addiction, and I now thoroughly enjoy helping others through my coaching.
My special interests include mental health, self-growth, metaphysics, Sailor Moon, and Hello Kitty! 😸
