Haven had to deal with a several mental health challenges alone particularly in a country where it is considered "weak" to present with mental health problems,I have come to appreciate the importance of having a caring community of helpers and empathetic listeners. No one should have to suffer alone and I hope to improve the lives of others like me by providing the most qualitative use of my time, listening and providing solace,hope and a safe space .
