I had a difficult issue that I had gone through with several listeners before. Mathias was the most helpful (granted that as I had worked it out so many times before, I had the most information to give to him). He was very sympathetic and understanding, and he gave good suggestions.
The listener really understood me. He was patient and very helpful. He read everything I told him even if it was so long. He made me smile just with talking. I really thank him for his help
