Life is like a passenger on a ship on journey. You get on the ship alone when you are born and get off the ship alone when you reach your end. The ship just keeps going.
You would meet many of your friends, coworkers, business partners, lovers, spouse(s), children, and companion(s). Life is fun, thrilling, pleasurable, and productive. For some times and for different reasons, some of these people would hurt you intentionally or unintentionally, and vice versa. For some times and for different reasons, some of these people would get off your ship or jump to a different ship and left you lonely and hurting, and vice versa.
You are resilient for the most part of the journey, but occasionally, you need someone to share your burdens and to help you to see the brighter side of the present and/or future.
Maybe, you are lucky, there is someone(s) with you to the end of your journey.
