🌸 Hello, I'm glad you have found 7 cups of tea. I'm happy to listen to whatever it is that you wish to talk about. I have found a lot of comfort and support in organisations such as this and would love to be able to be that person for someone else. I have coped with anxiety for as long as I can remember, even as a little girl I was still very nervous about anything and everything but this is something that has made me who I am today and I hope that that insight can help someone else with their struggles. A problem shared is a problem halved after all. :)
