Joe is an awesome listener. I had never used 7 cups before so I was really nervous and I didn't really know how it went but he explained to me and felt me feel very comfortable. I haven't felt this comfortable talking to someone for a long time and this really helped me feel better about myself. He was also very quick to respond !
