Bio
I am originally from California, currently living in Texas. I served in the active Army and the reserves for a combined total of almost 10 years as a Chemical Specialist (3 years) and then as a Medic(6.5 years). Upon exiting the military, I became a personal trainer. I have been a personal trainer now for about 5 years. I am currently a student in pursue of a degree in Kinesiology and hope to attend medical school. I have dealt with a lot of mental health issues in the past that included trauma and have worked through many ways of coping with it and persevering through it all. I am human and will still fall from time to time, but I've had people be there for me and continue to be there for me and will help me up. I've also been at a place where I feel I didn't have anyone. I've had friends who have gone through the same thing and I even had one good friend who took his own life. I don't want anyone to feel alone and not have anyone they can talk to because I know how that feels. I always want to be someone that anyone can go to about anything without judgement. I want to help people who have fallen and need help getting up. I want to be that ear for people and help them regain their strength.
