Hi there, 

I'm someone who believes that everyone has the answers inside of them. We just need a little bit of guidance or support sometimes to get in touch with our intuitive knowing. 

I have qualifications in Psychology and coaching and have gone through my own struggles with anxiety and depression so I bring some understanding on those fronts when I'm speaking with people. 

My favourite lyric is: "The only way out is through" and I believe that if we work through tough times, we will come out the other side stronger and more in touch with who we are.
