Hi! I'm here to help. I've seen a lot and been through a lot. Sometimes life feels like there's no light at the end of the tunnel. Personally, I found out that it was because there are turns in my tunnel which obscured the light at the end and made it difficult to find the path. So, I joined the mental health arena to help others who also struggle finding their path through loneliness, identity, relationships, self-esteem, spirituality, and life stress.

Ultimately, life is full of struggle. We either learn how to struggle back, or we succumb.

My life mantra has become: BE FIERCE or be forgotten.
