This is Ervie, and this is my Listener account. I was a warrior against Hyperthyroidism, Hypochondriasis, and Agoraphobia. Having both mental and medical conditions was really torturous for me. I've learned that my most formidable foe lives in my mind, and it was almost impossible to suppress. I'm really grateful to have a strong support system because it made turning the impossible into possible. I guess it's fair to say that I now have a better understanding of mental health, which is a crucial part of our well-being. I decided to join Cups not only to share my circumstances but also to listen to somebody's struggles. I listen. I understand. I support. I believe that everybody's feelings are valid, and we all should have a fair share of a wonderful life.
