I'm relatively new to 7 cups but please don't let that turn you away, I'd still love to talk to you!

Well I guess I'll start by telling you a little about me, I'm new to being classed as an 'adult', as I'm 18, I've always been passionate about helping people and I'm really wanting to listen you. I've worked as a disability support worker and aspire to be a councellor. I have personally experienced anxiety, depression, self harm, psychosis, suicidal thoughts and have loved ones with bipolar, schizophrenia and other mental health disorders.

I love to chat so, please message me. It doesn't matter whether you perceive the problems as being really small or super big, I'd love to try and help! I'm even up for just a chat
