Hello, bionicle here. I have experience with social anxiety, depression, bullying, addiction and low self esteem. I know what it's like to keep your feelings inside. I did it for years, before i finally talked to family members and my therapist. It's a difficult step to take, it seems so much easier to keep the mask on and pretend like everything is well. But it isn't, really. The burden will become too much to bear. Now I want to tell you that you don't have to bear this burden alone. There are people that care about you and want to help you. Even if you don't think there are. In this hectic society it can feel so unnatural to show any weakness. But it will be a sign of strength when you do. Just remember, you're worthy :-)

P.S. It says "only listens to 18 and older", but that's not the case. I'll listen to anyone really! I just can't seem to change that.
