Welcome to my corner of 7 Cups, I'm glad you have you.

I'm thirty-ish years old and over the course of my life I've experienced and survived depression, anxiety, eating disorders, sexual assault, bullying, a very unstable home life, and self-harm. I remember wishing I had an adult someone to talk to and be taken seriously, but finding the supply woefully short.

Which is why I'm here.

Don't hesitate to contact me if you want to talk to someone. If I'm not online I'll get back to you as soon as I can. I'm in Norway so I might be on at odd hours for many of you.
