hi! my name is alyssa styles and i am here to help you. when i was younger i struggled with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. i was bullied during years 6,7, and 8. but i was able to overcome all of these things by talking to the right people. i had a support group of friends who helped my overcome my anxiety and depression, and who helped my learn to deal with my ADHD. these friends also helped stop the bullies. i learned from this that the best source of help is a good person or good people to talk to. i hope you all have a good day!
