Hi! My name's Abby, and I am a trained active listener here at 7 cups of tea. When I was younger, I learned how powerful lending an ear can be as my friends dealt with difficulties in their lives, such as with school, self harm, and issues surrounding their LGBTQ identities. I also live with anxiety and depression, and I would like to support others who find themselves in the same situation. Whatever you'd like to talk about, I'm happy to listen.

She is outstanding! She is the first person who was non judgemental of me and she was very intuitive. I valued her responses sooo much that I wrote some of them down for a self help and an ego boost when I need it. She just was spot in with her replies. So professional and helpful!..I will try to keep in touch with her. She will help me get through this tough time!
